I’m horrible about bouncing around from project to project and checking my phone way too often which kills productivity!
My phone even had way more battery life at the end of the day than it normally does.
Even my workout was more efficient. A lot of times I can get distracted, but I was able to finish a full workout about 10 minutes faster than normal.
I had a few margarita’s Friday night, and Saturday morning had a little brain fog. Not a hangover, but that hazy, dragging feeling.
After about 30 minutes of taking the Brān, the fog was gone and I was feeling that focus again.
